We have been operating the Willows Urgent Care Service for seven years, during which we have cared for thousands of patients. As the primary provider of Protected Learning Time (PLT) for the LLR ICB, we support all practices in Leicester once a month. This service offers your practice the opportunity to catch up on administrative tasks, participate in training, and provide respite for your hardworking team.
The service is live and operates on Thursdays between 13:00 and 18:30 for eligible practices.
