PPG

We need you!

What is the PPG?

The Willows Health Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a collection of patients who care about the way our practices work and the service we provide. Our purpose is to create a dialogue between patients, doctors and staff to help the practices work as well as they possibly can. The Willows Group is keen to encourage more patients to join the PPG.

There is no cost involved and no call upon your time. By joining, you will be invited to quarterly meetings and receive information and updates concerning the Practices.

Want to become a member?

If you would like to apply to become a member of the Willows Group PPG, please ask for an application form at your local practice reception or email wh.ppg@nhs.net
